$15 non-refundable booking fee will be charged to hold scheduled time. Cancellations must be made at least 24hrs before scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled after that time frame will be charged 50% of services booked the first time and 100% of services booked subsequently. No call/No shows will be charged 50% for services booked. Late arrivals may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. 20 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation of appointment and you will be charged the full fee. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session, however I will do my best to satisfy the scheduled time. I understand emergencies and illnesses do occur. If you have a fever, have been in the hospital, been vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or it begins a couple of hours prior to your scheduled session, please reach out to me.
